242 ICE commons, 121 ICE uncommons, 121 ICE rares, 484 ICE total
110 AL  commons,  86 AL  uncommons,  46 AL  rares, 242 AL  total

That gives the 2 ICE : 1 AL ratio, with more emphasis on the rare stuff.
